  • I. Equipment Overview
    1) Ultraviolet radiation at a specific band (253.7 nm) decomposes the molecular chain of odor gas, breaking its macromolecular structure into small molecular structure.
    2) Ultraviolet radiation at a specific band (185 nm) causes oxygen molecules in the air to produce free oxygen, or reactive oxygen species. Due to the imbalance of positron and electron in free oxygen, it is necessary to combine with oxygen molecules to produce ozone.
    3) Under the action of catalyst (TiO2), ozone oxidizes the molecule of broken odor gas into inorganic substances such as CO2 and H2O.

    Three. Equipment principle
    1) Spray paint waste gas purification, printing and painting workshop waste gas treatment equipment using special high-energy high-ozone UV beam irradiation odor gas, cracking odor gas such as ammonia, trimethylamine, hydrogen sulfide, methyl thiol, methyl thioether, dimethyl disulfide, carbon disulfide and styrene, sulfide H2S, VOC, benzene, toluene The molecular chains of xylene combine free pollutant molecules with ozone oxidation to form harmless or harmless compounds with small molecules, such as CO2, H2O, etc.
    2) Oxygen molecules in the air are decomposed by high energy ozone UV beams to produce free oxygen, i.e. reactive oxygen species (ROS). Oxygen molecules need to be combined to produce ozone because of the imbalance of positron and positron. UV + O2 - O - O * is well known for its strong oxidation of organic compounds and its strong removal of ozone gases and other irritating odors.
    3) After the odor gas is imported into the purification equipment by exhaust air equipment, the purification equipment uses high-energy UV ultraviolet light beam and ozone to decompose and oxidize the odor gas synergistically, so that the odor gas can be degraded into low-molecular compounds, water and carbon dioxide, and be discharged outdoors through the exhaust pipe.
    4) Using high-energy UV beam to break down the molecular chains of bacteria in odorous gas, destroy the nucleic acid (DNA) of bacteria, and then through ozone oxidation reaction, to achieve the goal of deodorizing and killing bacteria thoroughly. Four, product structure characteristics
    1) Efficient deodorization: it can effectively remove volatile organic compounds (VOC), inorganic substances, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, mercaptan and other major pollutants, as well as a variety of odor. The deodorization efficiency can reach 99% or more, and the deodorization effect greatly exceeds the odorization pollutant discharge standard issued in 1993 (GB14554-93).
    2) No need to add any substances: just need to set up the corresponding exhaust pipe and exhaust power, so that odorous gases through the equipment for deodorization decomposition and purification, without adding any substances to participate in chemical reactions.
    3) Strong adaptability: It can be used for deodorization and purification of high concentration, atmospheric volume and different odorous gases. It can work continuously 24 hours a day and run steadily and reliably.
    4) Low operating cost: the equipment (without any mechanical action, no noise, no need for special management and daily maintenance), only for regular inspection, the equipment energy consumption is low (every 1000 cubic meters / hour, only about 0.2 degrees of electricity consumption), equipment wind resistance is very low < 50 pa, can save a lot of exhaust power.
