At present, the laboratory ventilation system generally adopts the centralized arrangement on the roof, the fan is installed on the roof, and the exhaust air supervisor is led to the roof along the pipe well. The materials and selection used should also meet the relevant technical requirements of fire protection. In addition, in the laboratory decoration construction, it should also take into account the coordination with electrical, water supply and drainage, starting from the possible obstacles of structure, height, column position and beam, and try to achieve the most reasonable design.

1) Before installation, remove debris inside and outside, and do a good job of cleaning and protection.

2) The location, elevation and direction of the air duct installation should meet the design requirements of the laboratory, so that it is horizontal and vertical, and the configuration of the field air duct interface should not reduce its effective cross-section.

3) The bolts of the connecting flange should be evenly tightened, and the nuts should be on the same side.

4) The connection of the air duct interface should be tight and firm, the gasket material of the air duct flange should meet the requirements of the system function, and the gasket should not be convex into the tube, nor should it be prominent outside the flange.

5) The air duct is flexibly connected through the firewall, and the external protection is filled with rock wool.

6) No wires or cables shall be laid in the air duct. The fan control line (threaded with galvanized pipe) shall be laid outside the air duct and to the fan. The detachable interface between the air duct and accessories shall not be installed in the wall or floor.

7) When the air duct is installed horizontally, the allowable deviation of the levelness should not be greater than 3mm per meter, the total deviation should not be greater than 20mm, the deviation of the air duct vertically installed should not be greater than 2mm per meter, and the total deviation should not be greater than 20mm.

8) Try to connect on the ground, generally can be connected to about 10 ~ 12m.

9) After the production of the air duct, the inner surface should be cleaned and sealed with plastic film and tape for installation.

Air duct hanger installation

The screw holes of the hangers should be machined, the hangers should be flat and straight, the threads should be complete and smooth, and the force of each compound support and hangers should be uniform after installation without obvious deformation.
