Commercial complex commercial center fire ventilation duct installation requirements include:
- Meet the requirements of fire codes and performance analysis: fire ventilation should meet the fire regulations and pass the fire performance analysis.
- Mechanical ventilation and natural ventilation: the top of the commercial complex building should be equipped with mechanical ventilation and natural ventilation Windows to adopt natural ventilation during the transition season. When mechanical smoke is discharged, the open window normally used for natural ventilation should be automatically closed and linked with the fire alarm system.
- Use galvanized steel plate air duct: the smoke exhaust and air supplement civil air duct should be galvanized steel plate air duct.
- Set a cleaning port: The exhaust fume system is set at the lowest part of the air duct.
- Mechanical smoke extraction: All main stores should be mechanical smoke extraction.
- Thermal insulation material requirements: All anti-condensation pipes, heating pipes and air conditioning water system pipes shall adopt thermal insulation materials with combustion performance grade not lower than B1, of which rubber and plastic insulation shall be adopted for low-temperature water pipes (≤65℃), and centrifugal glass wool insulation shall be adopted for high-temperature water/steam pipes (>65℃). Centrifugal glass wool, A non-combustible insulation material with combustion performance grade A, should be used for air duct insulation.
- Daylighting roof design: The effective opening area of the daylighting roof in the public area of the pedestrian street should not be less than 10% of the ground area of the public area on the first floor of the pedestrian street.
- Smoke outlet setting: the public area of the room pedestrian street should adopt mechanical smoke exhaust mode, and the smoke outlet should be evenly arranged on the side of the lighting window, and the smoke outlet should be equipped with manual and automatic opening devices. The smoke exhaust volume of the room pedestrian street should be determined according to the volume of air exchange of the area no less than 6 times /h, and the smoke exhaust fan should be linked with the fire alarm signal. When the smoke exhaust fan is started, the roof ventilation louver should be automatically closed.
- Smoke exhaust system around shops: shops on both sides of the pedestrian street should be equipped with mechanical smoke exhaust systems, and the smoke exhaust volume should not be less than 72m³/m²·h.
