How to ensure the ventilation effect when installing stainless steel welded air duct?
Classification :common problemDATE:2024-08-17

The following is the method to ensure the ventilation effect of stainless steel welded air ducts during installation:

- Design reasonable layout:

- According to the actual ventilation needs and spatial structure, scientific air duct direction design is carried out to minimize unnecessary bending and Angle to reduce wind resistance.

- Ensure that the cross-sectional area of the air duct matches the required ventilation volume to avoid affecting the air flow due to the small diameter of the pipe.

- Proper connection and installation:

- Ensure the tightness of the weld during welding to prevent air leakage and affect the ventilation effect. Strict sealing tests are performed after welding.

- The connection between the air duct and the fan, tuyere and other components should be tight and firm, and appropriate sealing materials should be used at the connection points to ensure no air leakage.

- Installation location selection:

- Try to install the air duct in a well-ventilated, unhindered position to avoid being blocked or squeezed by other objects.

- Consider the natural law of air flow, rationally use the principle of hot pressure and wind pressure, optimize the installation height and Angle of the air pipe.

- Internal cleaning treatment:

- Before installation, ensure that the interior of the stainless steel duct is clean and free of debris, dust and oil, so as not to affect the air circulation.

- Check and clean the air duct regularly to prevent dust accumulation and blockage.

- Equipped with suitable fan:

- According to the resistance and ventilation requirements of the air duct system, select the fan with appropriate power and performance to provide sufficient wind pressure and air volume.

- Install and debug the fan correctly to ensure its normal operation.

- Set the adjustment device:

- Install air volume regulating valves and other regulating devices in the air duct system, so as to flexibly adjust the air volume distribution of each branch air duct according to actual needs.

- Check and maintain the regulating device regularly to ensure its normal function.
